Belén Sánchez is a Middle Office Analyst at XLC Administradora General de Fondos. Previously, she worked as Commercial Assistant at Fabrimetal. Before that, Paula worked as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Cam Chile SpA for 10 years.

Paula Caraa holds a B.S. in English Spanish Translation at Escuela Latinoamericana de Idiomas and in Executive Assistance at Manpower.

Daniel Jara is Associate at XLC Administradora General de Fondos, working in the Accounting department. Previously, Daniel worked as a financial auditor and internal control in BDO Auditores y consultores Ltda, conducting audits of financial statements in similar industries and analysis for internal control procedures.

Daniel Jara holds a B.S. Audit Accountant and Management Control from Universidad Catolica de Temuco.

Paola is a Director at XLC, leading XLC´s coverage and placements in Mexico. Previously, she served as Director at Unicorn Strategic Capital in Mexico, where she led the sales and distribution of alternative investment products to institutional investors and financial intermediaries nationwide.

Previously, Paola was Sales Manager at BNP Paribas, where she specialized in the distribution of offshore financial products to institutional clients. She also served as Head of Institutional Investments at GBM, a leading Mexican brokerage firm, where she played a pivotal role in managing and expanding institutional client relationships.

Paola holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

Agustina de los Reyes is a Sales Director at XLC for Uruguay. Previously she worked at Citi Asesores de Inversión for eight years, where she had oversight and lead investment advise for nearly 100 advisors and 6bn AUM. Prior to that, she spent 3yrs at Integración AFAP as an investment analyst. During that time, she also worked as a writer for economic section of the local newspaper, El Pais. Previously she spent five years at Willis Towers Watson where she had experience and different roles in consultancy services for multinational companies.She studied Economics at Universidad de la República Oriental del Uruguay.

Carolina Gómez Cardona is the Head of Distribution for Colombia and Perú. She has more than 16 years of experience in the financial market, both in product distribution and portfolio management.

Previously she worked as Head of Sales at LarrainVial, Head of Equity and Alternatives at AFP Protección, and International Equity Trader at Bancolombia. Carolina has a degree in Economics and an MBA from EAFIT University.

IT Analyst at XLC. He joined the company in 2024. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Profesional Duoc UC.

Alejandro Duartes supervise the accounting of XLC Administradora General de Fondos and the calculation of the VL of the Funds. Previously, he worked in Asset Management in the areas of Middle Office, Back Office and NAV calculation of mutual funds and investment funds in BTG Pactual Chile. Previously, Alejandro worked as a mutual and investment accountant in Larraín Vial. Alejandro has more than 11 years of experience related to accounting in AGFs. Previously, he worked as a cost accountant in companies in the productive sector.

Alejandro Duartes holds a B.S. Audit Accountant and Management Control Engineering from Universidad de Chile.

Daniela Barrera is the Head of Risk at XLC Administradora General de Fondos, she also acts as Compliance Officer and Head of Crime Prevention. She has more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in risk management at banks and fund administration entities, holding key positions such as Head of Internal Control and Compliance.

She holds a degree in B.S. Audit Accountant and Management Control Engineering from Universidad de Chile.

Miguel Ángel Ochoa is the Internal Auditor at XLC Administradora General de Fondos. Previously, he worked as In-house Auditor at BBVA. Before that, Miguel Angel worked as Senior Independent Auditor at KPMG, mainly performing Audits to financial statements in the financial industry. Miguel Angel has more than 8 years of experience as an Auditor in the financial industry.

Miguel Angel Ochoa holds a B.S. Audit Accountant from Universidad Diego Portales.

Karina Olave is the Middle Office Manager of XLC Administradora General de Fondos. She has more than 17 years of experience in the financial world, working for 12 years in Chilean AFP, specifically in areas related to Investments Control, Financial Risks and Middle Office.

Karina coordinates and supervises all investments funds managed by XLC AGF, including the implementation of applicable rules to each fund type, corporate governance, revisions and inspections of external entities, delivering operational and legal support to clients.

Karina holds a B.S. Audit Accountant at Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana, and Business Manager at Universidad de Santiago de Chile.

Investment Analyst at XLC. He joined the company in 2025. Clemente holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Allyson is a sales analyst at XLC. She previously worked at Credicorp Capital in the Investment Product Management division, where she was responsible for monitoring mutual funds and investment mandates. Allyson holds a B.S. in Economics from Universidad de Lima.

Investment Analyst at XLC. She joined the company in 2025. Victoria holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Juan Pablo is Alternative Investments Associate at XLC. He joined the company in 2023.

Juan Pablo holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

José Tomás Raga is Director of Distribution at XLC, Head of Wholesale Distribution.

Previously, José Tomás was an Associate Director at BTG Pactual Chile Institutional Distribution, where he joined in 2011 covering sales of third-party mutual funds in Chile for Pension Funds and Institutional Clients. Prior to BTG Pactual, José Tomás worked in the Sustainability Development Team for Fundación Chile focusing on carbon footprint projects. Mr. Raga has 9 years of experience in the asset management distribution business.

Alexis Ferrada is Director Operations and Client Services at XLC. Previously, he was as Associate Director of Institutional Distribution at BTG Pactual, joining the company in 2010. Before that, Alexis worked at the Santiago Stock Exchange in the IT department.

Mr. Ferrada supervises all Client Services requirements related with Private Equity Funds, ETF, Mutual Funds, and all non-business functions including Operations, including operations, market intelligence, structuring and control of funds, internal transaction systems and IT infrastructure. His role includes providing support to commercial teams.

Alexis Ferrada has an M.S. in Financial Management from the Adolfo Ibáñez University and the title of Industrial Civil Engineer from the Metropolitan Technological University.

Felipe Cárcamo is Director at XLC. Previously, he worked as Sales Director of Institutional Distribution at BTG Pactual, covering mutual funds and alternative products. Before that, he worked as Equity Fund Selection at AFP Habitat, the largest pension fund in Chile, Institutional Sales for Dimensional Fund Advisors at Capital Advisors and Client Relationship Manager in Santander Asset Management.

Felipe Cárcamo holds an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and B.A. in Engineering from Universidad de Chile.

Felipe Monárdez is Partner of XLC. He was Co-Head of Institutional Distribution at BTG Pactual and appointed Associate Partner of the company in 2013. Previously, Mr. Monardez was CEO of Fortis Investment for Chile & Peru. After Fortis bank’s financial problems, he became CEO of BNP Paribas AM Chile where he rebuilt the business, reaching US$2.7 billion in AUMs in 2 years.

Felipe Monárdez holds a B.S in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Gaston Angelico is Partner of XLC. He is former Co-Head of Institutional Distribution at BTG Pactual. He joined BTG Pactual in 2009. In 2011 he became Managing Director co-leading the distribution business for the Andean Region, becoming Associate Partner of the company by 2013. Prior to that, Gaston held Associate and VP positions in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch & Co (New York) and Celfin Capital, respectively.

Gaston Angelico holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S in Business Administration from Universidad Diego Portales.
